Top Wall Street Analysts Highlight High-Growth Opportunities in Oracle, Rocket Lab, and Meta Amid Market Volatility

Investors navigating the current financial landscape are confronting a complex mix of economic headwinds. From fluctuating stock market volatility and elevated oil prices to persistent geopolitical tensions, the Federal Reserve’s ongoing interest rate adjustments, and debates surrounding artificial intelligence safety, market participants have plenty to weigh. Yet, seasoned professionals often stress that looking beyond short-term market noise and focusing instead on corporations with robust, long-term growth potential remains a prudent strategy for weathering uncertainty.

To gain greater clarity in these choppy waters, investors frequently turn to top-ranked Wall Street analysts. These experts conduct meticulous, in-depth research to identify equities with genuinely attractive growth trajectories. Utilizing performance data tracked by platforms like TipRanks—which rank analysts based on the historical success and profitability of their recommendations—market observers can pinpoint specific high-conviction ideas. Among the multitude of tracked professionals, three major stocks have recently captured the attention of top-tier Wall Street analysts: Oracle, Rocket Lab, and Meta Platforms.

Oracle

Enterprise software and cloud infrastructure titan Oracle has been making waves following its better-than-expected financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2027. The company’s latest quarterly performance was significantly buoyed by solid, sustained growth within its cloud infrastructure division.

Following a series of investor meetings with Ken Bond, Oracle’s head of investor relations, Guggenheim analyst John DiFucci reiterated his buy rating on the enterprise giant while maintaining a bullish price target of $400. DiFucci emphasized that Oracle remains securely positioned on Guggenheim’s "Best Idea" list.

"We continue to believe ORCL is a decade stock, driven by the massive (and profitable) opportunity ahead for AI training and inferencing," DiFucci noted in a recent client communication. Beyond artificial intelligence workloads, the Guggenheim analyst also pointed to Oracle’s traditional public cloud business, alongside upcoming AI-enabled cloud databases and cloud applications, as core pillars supporting his positive outlook. DiFucci expects these combined factors to drive accelerated revenue and profit growth over the next several years.

During the first quarter of fiscal 2027, Oracle successfully delivered 850 megawatts (MW) of data center capacity. However, Bond cautioned that Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) revenue in any given quarter is typically dictated more by the precise timing of when that infrastructure comes online than by the headline megawatt figures alone. Despite this nuance, DiFucci anticipates that IaaS growth will remain robust, projecting full-year growth to comfortably exceed the impressive 120% constant-currency rate recorded in the opening quarter. Furthermore, management anticipates that total revenue growth will accelerate sequentially as fiscal 2027 progresses, aided by the rapidly expanding infrastructure business claiming a larger share of the overall revenue mix.

Addressing investor apprehensions surrounding customer concentration, DiFucci highlighted that OpenAI’s share of Oracle’s total remaining performance obligations has experienced a notable decline. Specifically, OpenAI’s portion has dropped from approximately 80% last June to roughly 50% currently, a proportion expected to decrease further as Oracle successfully secures new contracts with both new and existing enterprise customers.

DiFucci holds a strong standing among financial professionals, ranking No. 263 out of more than 12,490 analysts tracked by TipRanks. His professional ratings have historically proven profitable roughly 62% of the time, generating an average return of approximately 17.5%.

Rocket Lab

In the aerospace sector, space systems and launch services provider Rocket Lab has emerged as another focal point for institutional interest. Brian Gesuale, a prominent analyst at Raymond James, recently initiated coverage of the stock with a buy rating and an ambitious price target of $80.

"RKLB has assembled launch, spacecraft, components, payloads and optical communications, with Neutron and Iridium completing medium-lift and applications/spectrum in 2027," Gesuale stated in his inaugural research note.

The five-star analyst underscored that upon the completion of its Iridium acquisition, Rocket Lab will solidify its status as the sole vertically integrated space enterprise boasting positive free cash flow (FCF). The strategic transaction is slated to incorporate a fully deployed satellite constellation valued at upwards of $3 billion, globally coordinated L-band spectrum assets, approximately $500 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA), and roughly $300 million in free cash flow.

Gesuale also drew attention to Rocket Lab’s impressive revenue expansion and order backlog growth, alongside clear operational progress pointing toward positive EBITDA and free cash flow generation by 2027 and 2028. The company is actively transitioning out of a heavy capital investment phase and moving into a monetization cycle. Gesuale projects year-over-year revenue growth of 59% for 2026, noting that Rocket Lab’s commercial backlog has more than doubled to nearly $2.4 billion, up sharply from $1.1 billion recorded in the third quarter of 2025.

Supported by these aggressive growth projections, the Raymond James analyst expects Rocket Lab’s gross margins to expand from a trough of roughly 35% in 2027 to approximately 47% by 2030. Concurrently, research and development expenditures are estimated to decline from roughly 35% of total sales in 2026 to about 10% by 2028, creating substantial operating leverage as the corporate platform scales and matures.

Gesuale is well-regarded within the analytical community, holding the No. 369 spot among more than 12,490 tracked analysts on TipRanks. His historical ratings have achieved profitability about 63% of the time, yielding an average return of roughly 17%.

Meta Platforms

Rounding out the trio of favored equities, social media and technology giant Meta Platforms received a significant vote of confidence from J.P. Morgan analyst Doug Anmuth, who recently upgraded the stock from hold to buy and raised his price target from $640 to $820. Despite some relative underperformance in Meta shares year-to-date, the five-star analyst sees substantial upside potential ahead, emphasizing that Meta is currently in the foundational stages of introducing frontier artificial intelligence models and advanced AI-powered offerings that stretch far beyond traditional digital advertising—most notably the Muse AI agent and access to the Meta Model API.

"Frontier models are at the core of Meta’s product and monetization pipeline over a multi-year period, and its path toward superintelligence," Anmuth remarked.

According to the analyst, Meta established an aggressive objective during the summer of 2025 to completely rebuild its Meta Superintelligence Labs team and successfully deliver competitive frontier AI models within a twelve-month window. The specialized research team appears to have met that objective ahead of schedule, rapidly advancing from the initial rollout of Muse Spark 1.1 in July to the subsequent release of Muse Spark 1.3, which stands as highly competitive against industry-leading models from Anthropic and OpenAI.

Additionally, Anmuth noted that Meta’s upcoming "Watermelon" product initiative will significantly broaden commercial opportunities spanning consumer products, business intelligence, and engagement across the company’s extensive Family of Apps. This development is expected to enhance internal corporate operations and overall efficiency. Expressing full confidence in Meta’s capability to seamlessly deploy consumer-facing AI products to its colossal global user base of 4 billion people, Anmuth highlighted the company’s proprietary distribution network as a formidable competitive advantage in the modern technology landscape.

Alongside its heavy emphasis on frontier models and consumer AI product development, Anmuth also identified strong underlying value within Meta’s expanding AI infrastructure capacity, which he believes is more than adequate to support the company’s escalating compute requirements moving forward.

Anmuth ranks No. 832 among the broad cohort of more than 12,490 analysts tracked by TipRanks. His professional recommendations have maintained a 57% success rate, delivering an average return of approximately 9.40%.
